Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately. 

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return- all returns must be post marked within 14 days of the purchase date
• State of return- unused condition, with all labels and tags attached
• Reason for return- damaged or wrong product
• Process for return- please contact us at info@highlandpaws.com
• Process of an exchange- the new item will be sent within 48 hours of receiving your email, please note a return label will be provided with the new item in order for the original item to be returned to Highland Paws, if this item is not returned within 7 days your card will be charged for the original item
• Process of refund- a refund will be made within 7 days of receiving the product
